近段时间，号称“日息2%”的百亿资金盘骗局“鑫慷嘉”崩盘，引起了整个社会对于新型网络诈骗的关注与警惕。监管密集“吹哨”，据不完全统计，7月份以来，包括广东、云南、湖南、辽宁、黑龙江、浙江、福建等地在内的多地金融监管部门密集警示以“虚拟币”为名的非法集资风险、新型网络诈骗风险等。（第一财经）
