消息人士：香港此次稳定币发行商牌照将以类似邀请制进行

据财新报道，消息人士透露，此次稳定币发行商的牌照将不会以申请人自行下载表格、统一提交书面申请的方式进行，而是会以类似邀请申请制来安排。「在实际操作层面，负责监管发牌的香港金管局将与有意向的稳定币牌照申请人预先沟通，了解对方是否合乎基本申请资质，只有在预沟通中获得基本认可，才会由金管局发出申请表格。」
