The head of the National Development and Reform Commission said that he will work with relevant departments to carry out the car trade-in action and the new energy vehicle to the countryside in 2024, etc., to continue to expand the market scale, and better meet the demand for new energy vehicles with high-quality supply. Recently, 14 departments including the Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Trade-in of Consumer Goods", proposing to carry out the trade-in of automobiles. We will cooperate with relevant departments to speed up the implementation of the action plan, pass preferential policies such as fiscal and taxation in accordance with laws and regulations, and support the trade-in behavior that meets the conditions, so as to better meet consumers' demand for new energy vehicles.
