According to Ember monitoring, a trader who [traded ETH and BTC with 81% win rate] transferred 5 million U to an address that opened a short ETH order 5 hours ago to replenish his margin. The data shows that he started shorting ETH at ETH2,969 on July 12, and then cleared ETH spot at 3,051 on July 14. Selling ETH spot earned $7.42 million profit, but shorting ETH has now lost $9.44 million.
