US stocks close: S & P 500, Nasdaq and Nvidia hit new highs

O) rose nearly 1%, closing market value of more than $4.20 trillion, a new high. Nasdaq China Golden Dragon index closed up 1.2%, Li Auto (LI. O) rose 6.6%.
