Citi expects the European Central Bank to keep interest rates unchanged this month and will cut rates in September, after expected to cut rates at next week's meeting. Citi strategists said in the report that they continue to predict that the European Central Bank will cut interest rates twice this year, but the timing has been adjusted to September and December, instead of July and September as previously expected. LSEG data show that the euro zone money market currently does not expect a high probability of interest rate cuts before December. (Jin Ten)
