On July 16, the National Energy Administration reported that on July 16, 2025, the country's maximum power load broke the historical record again after setting a new high (1.465 billion kW) on July 4 this year and a new high (1.467 billion kW) on July 7, breaking through 1.50 billion kW for the first time, reaching a maximum of 1.506 billion kW, an increase of 55 million kW from last year's maximum load.
