PayPal plans to expand PYUSD stablecoin to Arbitra chain

According to the newly announced PYUSD stablecoin terms of service, PayPal plans to add PYUSD stablecoin to the Arbitrum chain. Issued by Paxos, PYUSD is priced at $1 and is fully backed by US dollar deposits, US Treasuries, and US Treasury repurchase agreements. PayPal also launched a PYUSD reward program that allows eligible users to earn returns based on their holdings.
