Richmond Fed President: Federal Reserve policymakers are not always in step with the chairperson

Tom Barkin, president of the Richmond Fed, said he was confident the next Fed chairperson would pursue monetary policy that was best for the economy, but also noted that the rate-setting committee was not always in step with the chairperson.
