联合国：以色列在约旦河西岸暴力升级或构成战争罪与反人类罪

联合国人权事务高级专员办公室15日警告称，过去几周，以色列安全部队与定居者在约旦河西岸对巴勒斯坦人的杀害、袭击和强制迁徙行为已经加剧，严重违反国际法。联合国指出，系统性地驱逐平民，已构成非法人口转移，严重违反《日内瓦第四公约》，在特定情形下可能构成战争罪或反人类罪。
