BEX issues 5 business rules including the implementation of public offering and listing review rules

On April 30, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference and the "Several Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening Supervision and Preventing Risks to Promote High-quality Development of Capital Markets", under the guidance of the China Securities Supervision Commission, the Beijing Stock Exchange officially issued on April 30, 2024 the "Beijing Stock Exchange Public Offering and Listing Review Rules for Unspecified Qualified Investors", "Beijing Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Trial) ", "Beijing Stock Exchange Listing Committee and Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Committee Management Rules", "Beijing Stock Exchange Listed Companies Major Asset Restructuring Review Rules" and "Beijing Stock Exchange Listed Companies Continuous Supervision Guidelines No. 10 - Equity Distribution" and other five business rules. The relevant rules shall come into force on the date of issuance.
