After research by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the China Securities Regulatory Commission, it was decided to transfer Wu Guofang's violation of discipline and law to the party committee of the unit where he was located, give him the punishment of expulsion from the party and expulsion from public office; confiscate his violation of discipline and law; after research by the Wuxi City Supervision Commission of Jiangsu Province, it was decided to transfer Wu Guofang's suspected crime to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred together.
