Take the lead in establishing the Belt and Road Initiative Crypto Asset Supervision Alliance: Joint Belt and Road Initiative countries and regions to jointly promote the development of Web3 policy supervision, hold a crypto asset supervision summit in Hong Kong every year, and design Web3 management standards that comply with international rules.
Establishment of the Asset Tokenization RWA Development Institute: The functions of the Institute include studying relevant compliance laws and promoting the opportunities of asset tokenization in Hong Kong to attract more enterprises to develop in Hong Kong.
