北交所发布实施公开发行股票并上市审核规则等5件业务规则

4月30日讯，为深入贯彻落实中央金融工作会议精神和《国务院关于加强监管防范风险推动资本市场高质量发展的若干意见》，在中国证监会指导下，北京证券交易所于2024年4月30日正式发布《北京证券交易所向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并上市审核规则》《北京证券交易所股票上市规则(试行)》《北京证券交易所上市委员会和并购重组委员会管理细则》《北京证券交易所上市公司重大资产重组审核规则》和《北京证券交易所上市公司持续监管指引第10号——权益分派》等5件业务规则。相关规则自发布之日起施行。
