Zhao Changpeng is the sole shareholder of Binance France's French subsidiary Binance France, which was previously registered with the French financial marekt authority (AMF), but because the sole shareholder Zhao Changpeng will accept the judgment, French regulators may determine that Binance is not suitable for the European Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) Act. If Binance France is rejected in France, then it will not be authorized elsewhere in Europe.
