Hong Kong stocks of insurance stocks fluctuated higher in early trading, China's Ping An (02318.HK), China Pacific Insurance (02601.HK) both rose more than 5%, Sunshine Insurance (06963.HK), Xinhua Insurance (01336.HK), AIA (01299.HK) and other stocks rose. Recently, the People's Bank of China and HKMA said it will expand the scope of the South; Soochow Securities said that the expansion of the South will open a new channel for insurance capital to go overseas, help ease the pressure on insurance companies investment side.
