On April 30, the decision mentioned that, in light of the actual on-site inspection work of the starter companies, the proportion of spot checks for the first "starter company inspection" listed in the annex to the "List" was changed from "the proportion of random lottery is 5%" to "the proportion of random lottery is 20%".
