According to CCTV coverage, recently, there have been information security bugs within the US government again. Secretary of State Rubio was impersonated on the instant messaging platform "Signal" application software, his voice was imitated by artificial intelligence technology, and then contacted a number of government officials. At present, the US State Department has launched an investigation into the matter. The Washington Post reported on the 9th that an internal government cable showed that in mid-June this year, someone created a very confusing account on the "Signal" platform, and the account name deliberately imitated Rubio's email. Subsequently, with the help of artificial intelligence software, Rubio's voice was reproduced and began to commit fraud. Official records show that the fake account contacted at least five "non-State Department personnel", including a governor and a congressman. During the crime, the imposter tried to deceive the trust of the other party by leaving voice messages and sending text message invitations in order to "obtain information or accounts".
