The HKMA (HKMA) official website today released its Annual Report 2023, which includes the financial statements of the Exchange Fund and its Sustainability Report 2023. In the MLA 2024 section, which includes crypto assets (particularly stablecoins), the HKMA pointed out that the public consultation on the regulation of stablecoin issuers was conducted between December 2023 and February 2024.
