A16Z relocates its principal entity, AH Capital Management, from Delaware to Nevada

A16z, the top US venture capital firm, has announced that it will move the domicile of AH Capital Management, its main business entity, from Delaware to Nevada. Three partners of the agency jointly wrote that the increasingly subjective decisions of the Delaware Chancery Court in recent years have shaken the trust of the corporate community in its "gold standard" judicial system. A16z stressed that it will continue to invest in Delaware-registered companies, but believes that technology founders should re-evaluate the choice of domicile.
