GMX attackers have transferred 2,000 ETH to a new address on Arbitrum

According to Paidun monitoring, the GMX attacker marked the address and transferred 2,000 ETH (about $5.30 million) to the new address 0x99Cd... 2DAe on Arbitrum. In addition, the attacker also exchanged about 9 million USDC for about 9 million DAI on Ethereum.
