On April 30, the General Office of the Ministry of Finance and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Pilot Work of Digital transformation of SMEs in cities", which mentioned focusing on the needs of enterprises and accelerating the digital transformation of SMEs. Take the digital transformation of SMEs as an opportunity to promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. Priority will be given to including specialized and new SMEs with urgent digital transformation needs and a certain digital foundation into the scope of the pilot. Focusing on the actual value improvement of SMEs such as innovation, market, quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency increase, green, and safety, to meet the digital transformation needs of SMEs in different scenarios and at different levels, and effectively solve the problem that SMEs are "unwilling to transfer, dare not transfer, and will not transfer".
