7月9日讯，国家发展改革委秘书长袁达7月9日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”首场新闻发布会上表示，2021年至2024年，中国经济保持了年均5.5%的较快增长速度，其中内需对经济增长的平均贡献率为86.4%，最终消费对中国经济增长的平均贡献率达到56.2%，比“十三五”期间提高8.6个百分点。
