7月9日讯，国家发展改革委副主任周海兵7月9日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”首场新闻发布会上表示，“十四五”以来，402种药品新增进入国家医保药品目录，医保跨省结算更加便捷。高质量“一老一小”服务体系加快构建，全国护理型养老床位占比提高到64.6%，进一步为失能失智老人照护刚需兜底。（新华社）
