7月9日讯，国家发展改革委副主任周海兵7月9日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”首场新闻发布会上表示，2024年，全国新能源汽车保有量达到3140万辆，比“十三五”末的492万辆增长5倍多。
