According to a survey conducted by Deutsche Bank in June, US consumers are the largest group of cryptocurrency users, dominated by men and young, affluent people. Last month, the adoption rate of cryptocurrencies in the United States was 17%, higher than 11% in the United Kingdom and 10% in the European Union. Among young people aged 18-34 in the United States, the adoption rate of cryptocurrencies rose from 24% in January to 29% in June, which is mainly attributed to the market's optimism about the prospects of Trump's pro-cryptocurrency policies. Among US respondents, affluent people make up 32% of cryptocurrency adopters. In addition, 23% of US men said they use cryptocurrencies for payments or personal investments, compared to 13% of women. Male consumers generally believe they have a better understanding of cryptocurrencies than women.
