桃江县公安局发布“DGCX鑫慷嘉”平台涉嫌集资诈骗的风险提示

据湖南省桃江县公安局通报，部分群众在他人推荐下通过“DGCX鑫慷嘉”平台投资，该平台冒用迪拜黄金与商品交易所（DGCX）名义吸资，实为无授权、无资质的非法平台，承诺高收益并以发展会员返佣诱导扩散。自6月25日起，该平台已无法正常提现，疑似资金链断裂，构成较大集资诈骗风险，公安机关提醒切勿参与此类未获批准平台投资。
