4月30日讯，实施煤电机组节能改造和灵活性改造，力争改造规模分别达到200万千瓦、700万千瓦。推动老旧风电、光伏发电设备更新和高耗能变压器改造。推动存量自用非智能充电桩升级替代，力争完成2万个。推进燃气老化管道更新改造2500公里，每年实施燃气立管改造10万户。
