香港财库局局长许正宇表示，港府发行的代币化绿色债券结算交收周期已从交易日后的第5个交易日（T+5）缩短至T+1，代币化让资金转运速度及交易效率提升，数字资产及其区块链技术能够降低交易摩擦成本（friction cost），代币化可令资金转运速度及交易效率提升，希望得以广泛利用并将其对接实体经济。
