According to Ukrainian Pravda, Ukrainian President Zelensky signed a decree imposing sanctions on individuals and legal entities that assist Russia in transferring assets through cryptocurrencies.
The sanctions target 60 companies, 55 of which are registered in the Russian Federation, including 19 large cryptocurrency miners, 17 operators of digital financial asset information systems, 19 components of the Russian financial infrastructure, and five crypto exchange operators involved in circumventing the sanctions.
In addition, Ukraine has also imposed sanctions on 73 individuals, including managers and owners of sanctioned companies, as well as officials of the Russian central bank.
