据@ai_9684xtpa监测，近六天累计向各大交易所充值38100枚ETH的机构疑似为疑似质押和验证服务商 Arthapala，其另外三个关联地址再次向币安充值6789枚ETH，使得过去一周累计转移至交易所的 ETH 总额增长至 44,889 ETH，价值 1.13 亿美元。
