On April 30, Huizhou introduced a new policy to rescue the property market, and sorted out the content of the new policy. The specific content shows that Huizhou will issue electronic consumption coupons for individuals who buy new houses from May 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 and complete the online signature filing and deed tax payment procedures. The first 10,000 sets are limited, with a total value of up to 100 million yuan. At the same time, it is worth noting that the "sales restriction" policy has been further optimized. The restrictions on the transfer of commercial housing (including new commercial housing and second-hand housing) have been completely cancelled, which also means that after the "three-to-one" sales limit at the beginning of last year, it will be further optimized to better support residents to change houses and improve their home purchase needs. At the preferential level of the housing provident fund policy, the two-child family loan policy and talent support policy of the center in the early stage have been re-established. It is clear that the maximum loan amount for employee families who have two children and above to purchase self-occupied housing can be increased by 20%.
