Turkey Bans PancakeSwap for Unauthorized Cryptocurrency Activities

Turkey's capital markets commission (SPK) has announced a ban on decentralized trading platform PancakeSwap on the grounds that it is not licensed to provide crypto asset services to Turkish residents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the capital markets law. The ban is part of a larger crackdown on unlicensed platforms, involving more than 60 crypto and foreign exchange websites.
