On April 30, Bosera Funds (International) Co., Ltd. and Sinohope Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited announced a strategic cooperation and signed an MOU agreement. In addition, the shareholders of Xinhuo Asset Management, together with ChainUp and SpiderPool as cornerstone investors, jointly participated in the Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF (3008.HK) and Bosera HashKey Ethereum ETF (3009.HK) jointly launched by Bosera International and HashKey Capital Limited (HashKey Capital), which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) on April 30.
