According to the Wall Street Journal, Meta Platforms is proposing to acquire a minority stake in a fund of venture capital firm NFDG, founded by its newly hired AI heads Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross. The tender offer would allow the fund's limited partners to exit at current valuations and cash out quickly. The founders have gradually stepped back from NFDG.
