据CCTV国际时讯报道，美国白宫当地时间7月3日表示，美国总统特朗普将于当地时间7月4日下午5点（北京时间7月5日凌晨5点）签署国会参众两院已通过的所谓“大而美”法案，也就是大规模税收与支出法案，使之正式成为法律。
