X Layer supports Celer IM and bridging uniETH via cBridge

On April 30th, Celer Network announced that cBridge now supports bridging uniETH to the X Layer. This is the first bridge integration between Celer and the X Layer mainnet. In addition, the X Layer has been integrated with Celer's Interchain Messaging Framework (CelerIM) to improve interoperability.
