On July 3rd, according to the official website of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine, on July 3rd local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky signed a bill amending the Budget Code to allow the transfer of mineral extraction funds to the Ukraine-US Reconstruction Investment Fund.
