Deutsche Bank Research said in a global financial marekt survey that only 16% of market participants believe the Fed is fully independent. A quarter of respondents believe political pressure will lead to lower interest rates, pointing to Trump's repeated meddling in Fed policy. Meanwhile, 58% believe it will have minimal impact on policy.
