OpenAI harshly criticised Robinhood for offering a tokenised version of its private company stock, saying on X that "we are not working with Robinhood, are not involved in it, and do not endorse it".
On Monday, Robinhood's chief executive said the company would offer European Union users "stock tokens," or tokenized shares of private equity, from more than 200 companies, including OpenAI and SpaceX.
