Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT), a Trump affiliate, today announced that it has filed a Form S-1 Initial Registration Statement ("Registration Statement") with the Securities Exchange Commission for the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF. The ETF will directly hold Bitcoin and Ethereum, with 75% of its assets invested in Bitcoin and 25% in Ethereum, and will issue shares ("Shares") to investors to reflect the price performance of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Crypto.com will act as the exclusive Bitcoin and Ethereum custodian and principal executing agent for the ETF, as well as a staking and liquidity provider. The launch of the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF is pending the effective registration statement and approval of the Form 19b-4 filing with the Securities Exchange Commission. Following the listing, its shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange Arca. Yorkville America Digital acts as the sponsor of the ETF.
