Survey: South Korean virtual asset investment is shifting from speculation to strategic allocation

The latest survey by the Korea Institute of Finance shows that virtual asset investment in South Korea is shifting from speculation to strategic allocation. 27% of respondents aged 20-50 in the survey own crypto assets, accounting for 14% of their total financial assets. 90% of investors own cryptocurrencies, and 60% specifically choose bitcoin as a core asset. Investors hold an average of two currencies and gradually diversify as they grow in experience. It is worth noting that 53% of investors aged 50 see cryptocurrencies as a retirement preparation, and 79% of investors aim to "accumulate large sums of money".
