Citibank has a "buy" rating on Circle with a price target of $243

Citigroup has given stablecoin issuer Circle (CRCL) a "buy/high risk" rating with a price target of $243. Although Circle's share price has risen sharply since its initial public offering (IPO) (from $31 to a record high of $299 last week), Citi analysts believe its valuation is not excessive.
