Zodia Custody announced the completion of the acquisition of Tungsten Custody Solutions, a local agency in the UAE, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition transaction aims to strengthen its presence in the Middle East based on its existing license in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and accelerate its business expansion in the UAE.
