OSL ETF and custody business leader: Hong Kong has a clear definition of Ethereum, not a security

On April 29th, Wayne Huang, head of OSL ETF and custody business, said in an interview that there are multiple departments in the United States that are speaking out or trying to regulate cryptocurrencies at the same time. Hong Kong has long determined who should supervise cryptocurrencies, which is the Securities Supervision Commission. The Securities Supervision Commission has given a very clear regulatory framework. Hong Kong has long had a clear definition of Ethereum. Ethereum is not a security, but is one of the first non-securities virtual assets to be included in Hong Kong's supervision together with Bitcoin, and is one of the two targets that can be offered to retail traders.
