港媒经济通通讯社披露数据显示，截至6月24日共有40家机构向香港证监会申请升级了1号牌，即将现有证券交易牌照升级为可通过综合帐户安排提供虚拟资产交易服务，其中包括38家券商、1家银行、1家互联网公司。据悉，中资券商仅是分销属性，并不能自建一个加密货币交易所，而是将客户接入现存的加密货币交易平台。
