A spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced on the evening of the 25th that Iran has opened its eastern airspace for domestic, international and transit flights. The spokesperson of the department, Majid Akavan, said in the statement that after approval by the Civil-Military Coordination Committee of Iran's Civil Aviation Organization and a security evaluation based on the current situation in Iran, in order to gradually resume normal flights and fully guarantee flight safety, Iran's eastern airspace has been reopened, and international transit flights and domestic and international flights to and from airports in eastern Iran have resumed.
