According to Bitcoin Laws, Arizona has passed the Bitcoin Reserve Act HB2324, which aims to establish a reserve for assets acquired through criminal asset forfeiture.
If signed by Governor Hobbs, the bill would become the second reserve-type bill in Arizona to pass formal legislation.
