On June 25th, after a significant decline in May to 59%, Bitcoin's market share has now rebounded to 62%. This indicator represents the market value of Bitcoin in the total market value of all cryptoassets, and is an important indicator of market sentiment and the dynamics of potential counterfeit products. Typically, a low market share of Bitcoin means that investors are more interested in counterfeit products.
The current upward trend in market share indicates that the flow of funds is still dominated by bitcoin, and the relatively limited attention received by small crypto assets may delay the start of the broader market for counterfeit products. The market share recovery reflects the increasing attention of crypto assets on Wall Street, while investment patterns have also diverged.
Despite the growing interest of Traditional Financial Institution Groups in cryptocurrencies, the heat is mainly focused on Bitcoin, while counterfeit products have not yet ushered in a similar institutional "frenzy". This preference has also carried over to crypto-related stocks, further dampening the attention of counterfeit products.
