德林控股与ViaBTC成立合营公司拟建立比特币储备

港股上市公司德林控股发布公告宣布与比特币矿池ViaBTC达成战略合作，双方拟成立合营企业共同进行加密货币场外(OTC)交易并向OTC及加密货币挖矿客户提供资产管理及家族办公室服务。此外，德林控股还透露将探索建立比特币(BTC)储备及开发获香港证券及期货事务监察委员会发牌之虚拟资产交易及虚拟资产管理平台。
